NATURAL HEALING THROUGH REIKI | 16+ YRS Linda Haley, Director, The Reiki Center Currently offered in more than 800 U.S. hospitals, Reiki is a natural wellness technique using very light touch to a fully clothed body for stress reduction, relaxation and healing. It’s common to get relief from headaches or other physical aches in only a few minutes. The technique is easy to learn and can be used on yourself, others and even your pets! Samantha uses sound bowls, chimes, her voice and other forms of sound to create layers of sound with the intention of letting go of the stress and anxiety of everyday life. Participants leave the experience feeling lighter, more peaceful and relaxed. LADIES WHO LIFT | 50+ YRS Sandy Tullett

This is a small group experience for women who want to learn proper usage of weight equipment, creating effective, efficient ways to become stronger. Included in this session is an introduction to different types of equipment. Please bring a clipboard to track individual stats and progress. However, strength training also recharges metabolism, increases bone density, enhances mental health, improves blood pressure, cholesterol and blood sugar. Aging Strength is an intermediate-advanced class that uses both body weight and simple equipment to achieve these outcomes. All fitness levels welcome. Floor exercises included in this class.
