STRONG NATION® WITH WEIGHTS | 16+ YRS Chrystal Allen Strong Nation® with Weights is a high-intensity, music-driven workout that fuses bodyweight exercises, cardio, and combat style training with lightweight and medium-weight dumbbells. This enhanced version of the original class introduces weights in the final quadrant to amplify intensity and build strength. With punch combos, planks, and targeted resistance moves, you work the arms, glutes, legs, and core while boosting balance, coordination, and endurance.
