Personal Trainers Jennifer Ramsey Jennifer is full and not currently taking new clients. With over 11 years of experience, Jennifer Ramsey is certified by the NSCF and specializes in working with individuals over 50, including those with lower back pain and Parkinson’s disease. She holds her SilverSneakers® group exercise certification. Jennifer’s fitness philosophy centers on accessible, safe, and respectful training that empowers clients to continue exercises independently. Mae Bruns fitbymaebiz@gmail.com 614-285-5238 Mae is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer with over five years of experience. She graduated from Upper Arlington High School and went on to complete a degree in Finance from the University of Dayton. She has always loved health and wellness and enjoys getting to be a personal trainer and group fitness coach outside of her full-time job in wealth management. She specializes in weightlifting and enjoys helping clients feel confi dent through strength training. Liz Quinn lizquinnfit@gmail.com Liz holds a BS in Recreation Studies from Ohio University and an MS in Sport Management from Ohio Dominican University. An ISSA Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor since 2011, she also holds certifications in areas like Glute Specialist, Strength and Conditioning, Dance, and Exercise Design for Seniors. Liz’s fitness philosophy centers on collaboration, believing that with the right support, anyone can achieve their fitness goals, no matter the challenges. Mike Lippert mlippert.2@gmail.com 614-216-8567 Mike Lippert holds a NASM-certified personal trainer with nearly 20 years of performance training experience in a variety of settings, and of all age/skill levels. With the belief that everyone is on their own fitness journey, he utilizes a more personalized training approach and works closely with clients to understand their specific goals, ultimately so that they can work together throughout the process - whether that be weight management, increasing strength, or enhancing speed/power/ overall athletic ability. In addition to training at the BCCC, Mike also works with youth and professional athletes out of Plus 2 University and runs a summer/winter training program for college lacrosse players in the area. Rachel Hanna Hay racheldigszumba@live.com Rachel Hanna Hay’s fitness journey began in 2009 with teaching group exercise classes like Zumba®, Circuit Training, Turbo Kick® and BODYPUMP™, and naturally progressed to becoming a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach in 2020. She holds certification from AFAA as a Certified Group Fitness Instructor. Rachel specializes in making gym environments more approachable and focusing on building strength, core stability, flexibility, and balance for everyday activities.

Adult Adult Fitness Programs

Registration required for all programs; drop-in classes not currently available. Classes are generally 50 minutes, unless otherwise noted. Participants must be 16+ years of age for group exercise classes, unless 12-15 years of age and directly supervised by a parent/guardian or successful completion of the Junior Fitness Orientation. BODY BLAST BOOTCAMP | 16+ YRS Jennifer Ludowise Get a jump on your day with Body Blast Bootcamp! This high energy workout is geared toward adults who want to elevate their fitness level and enhance their strength and cardio capacity. This class combines high and low impact intervals with full-body strength training and exercises to burn energy and increase your stamina.
