Our Personal Training Program at the Bob Crane Community Center offers expert guidance in a welcoming and supportive environment. How Do I Get Started? • If you do not know which trainer you prefer to train with, please fill out a Personal Training Interest Form, by scanning the QR code below. If you are unable to complete the form by QR code, please stop by the BCCC front desk for a paper form. Please complete the form and return to the front desk or email completed form to Olivia Stuck, Fitness & Wellness Supervisor at ostuck@uaoh.net. • Please wait to hear back from one of our personal trainers before purchasing and scheduling your initial evaluation. • If you know which trainer you’d like to train with, please reach out to the trainer directly regarding availability. Once availability is confirmed with the trainer, visit the front desk to purchase your initial evaluation. Once purchased, the trainer reaches out to schedule with you directly. • An evaluation is required for personal training if you have not trained with one of our trainers in the past. • Personal training participants must be a Bob Crane Community Center member to participate in the personal training program. • Personal training is available to individuals who are 12+ years of age and older. PERSONAL TRAINING CANCELLATIONS/RE SCHEDULES All personal training appointment cancellations and reschedules are to be managed directly with the personal trainer. Clients should contact their trainer in advance to make any changes to scheduled sessions. Special circumstance cancellations evaluated on an individual basis by the Fitness & Wellness Supervisor. IMPORTANT: EXPIRATION DATES Personal Training sessions expire six months after date-of purchase. Participants must be 16+ years of age for group exercise classes, unless 12-15 yrs of age and directly supervised by a parent/guardian or successful completion of the Junior Fitness Orientation. For Junior Fitness Orientation inquiries, please contact Olivia Stuck, Fitness & Wellness Supervisor at ostuck@uaoh.net . Classes are 50 minutes, unless otherwise noted.
