Journey to better health and harmony through Tai Chi. This Class is taught by Sifu Chris Alexis, who has over 20 years of Martial Arts training and experience. PILATES FUSION | 50+ YRS Sandy Tullett

Class starts with quiet breathing to still our minds and tune into our bodies. We practice basic Yoga poses that tone and strengthen, increase flexibility and improve balance. We transition to Pilates mat exercises to focus on core muscles that help strengthen and reshape the mid-section. Class concludes with deep stretching and relaxation. No experience necessary and modifications are suggested for most exercises. You leave energized and refreshed after a well-rounded yoga practice which allows you mindful tools for reducing stress and inviting a calm sense of being. This is NOT a chair yoga class.
