DEEP-STRETCH YOGA | 16+ YRS Dreana Nealon This Deep Stretch Yoga class focuses on longer-held poses, encouraging a deep sense of calm and flexibility. Ideal for adults of all experience levels, this class uses gentle stretches to target key muscle groups, enhance mobility and increase overall body awareness. Expect to work through a series of slow, mindful movements and deep stretches, with an emphasis on breathwork and body alignment. Leave feeling restored, grounded and ready to embrace the day ahead. We explore basic yoga postures, with some opportunities for more challenging poses weaved in, along with plenty of variations offered to accommodate all levels.
