KARATE FITNESS | 12+ YRS Antares Karate
Discover your inner warrior with a full-body functional workout that uses authentic martial art techniques and combinations. We combine high intensity interval exercises, dynamic stretching and body-weight strength training to learn how to move, breathe and feel like a karateka. Have fun while you improve your posture, balance and confidence. Each class introduces new skills and techniques, with exercises adapted to your personal age and level of fitness.
