BOSU BALL BALANCE | 16+ YRS Alexis Gray After an initial warm-up, we each use a BOSU ball for most of the class to practice and improve our balance, stability and glute and core strength. Both double leg and single leg exercises are performed on the BOSU ball. YOGA & WEIGHTS | 16+ YRS Leilani Lovell

This yoga class allows the option to add weights into practice. This challenges participant’s balance, strength, mobility and focus. Short cardio bursts are offered throughout for additional cardiovascular health benefits. The goal of this class is to create the potential of strength improvements built through repetition of the class sequence each month. This class flow as a slowed-down pace to explore each posture on a deeper level. Newer students may find comfort in this yoga class and build confidence and familiarity. Experienced students can refine their skills. Gently open and strengthen the body and tap into your resilience while being aware of your breath. Restorative Yoga has one goal: relaxation. Stretching and opening may occur, but these are secondary to mindfulness and healing. In this class, there are four-five poses, and each is held for up to 10 minutes. Each pose is supported by props, whatever is needed to let go and find peace.
