WELLNESS AGING WELL IN UA HEALTH FAIR | 50+ YRS The Aging Well in UA Health Fair focuses on the physical, mental, emotional and social well-being of our Older Adults, creating a space where Older Adults feel supported and encouraged to learn more about living a healthy lifestyle. This ultimately empowers individuals to live a better quality of life throughout their later years. Educational sessions on a variety of wellness topics kicks off this event, followed by fitness class demos, a walk-a-thon and chance to meet health-related local community resources. The health fair concludes with a healthy lunch enjoyed amongst the company of your peers. Deadline for registering for the event is Wednesday, June 3rd.
