SilverSneakers® participants must register for each class on a seasonal basis. Class rosters can accommodate a few more participants than the room capacity to account for no-shows. However, SilverSneakers® classes are first-come, first-served each day. Group Exercise Room A has a max capacity of 20 participants. Group Exercise B has a max capacity of 28 participants.
