CARDIO & STRENGTH | 50+ YRS Chrystal Allen Cardio and Strength is a fun, energizing workout designed for active Older Adults! Move to familiar music while alternating through four exercises one per minute before taking a short water break, then repeating. This class includes a full warm up, strength training, balance work, and a relaxing cool-down. Enjoy a supportive, motivating environment that builds endurance, improves mobility, and keeps you feeling strong and steady! We practice basic Yoga poses that tone and strengthen, increase flexibility and improve balance. We transition to Pilates mat exercises to focus on core muscles that help strengthen and reshape the mid-section. Class concludes with deep stretching and relaxation. No experience is necessary and modifications are suggested for most exercises. It is a dance-fitness class that feels friendly, and most of all, fun.
