HOCKING HILLS EXPLORATION | 50+ YRS Recreation Staff Spend the day exploring Hocking Hills! Visit Ash Cave, which has a short accessible trail leading through a magnificent gorge traced with elegant hemlocks. Next, head to the brand-new Hocking Hills State Park Lodge & Conference Center to dine at their Rock House Restaurant, featuring serene views of the park. Lastly, spend time at the Hocking Hills State Park Visitor Center, located at Old Man’s Cave parking lot. The Visitor Center features interactive displays, exhibits and wildlife showcases about the Hocking Hills region. Visit with the park’s resident raptors, including hawks and owls, at the Raptor Enclosure behind the Visitor Center. FITNESS & WELLNESS These classes are not included in the Group Fitness Pass. Pre-registration required; no drop-in available. LADIES WHO LIFT | 50+ YRS Sandy Tullett This is a small group experience for women who want to learn proper usage of weight equipment, creating effective, efficient ways to become stronger. Included in this session is an introduction to different types of equipment. (Moderate Active) Longer walking/standing periods of time, quicker pace, includes stairs and/or more difficult terrain (Challenging Active) Very active paced activity/program, extensive walking/ standing, includes stairs/hills and/or extended outdoor weather exposure
