are beginners, athletes, or those working with injuries. His drive for helping others achieve their fitness goals is his belief that everyone has untapped potential within them. Witnessing someone surpass their own limitations, whether it’s through strength, endurance, or confidence, is incredibly rewarding to him. Fitness is more than just physical transformation; it’s about empowerment, self-growth and fostering a mindset that can overcome any challenge. Being a coach for high school football in Westerville, Mike also contributes to the development of athletes on and off the field. Outside of training, Mike enjoys spending a lot of time with friends and family as well as playing with his two dogs, working out, golfing and watching football. CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULES All personal training appointment cancellations and reschedules are to be managed directly with the personal trainer. Clients should contact their trainer in advance to make any changes to scheduled sessions. Special circumstance cancellations evaluated on an individual basis by the Fitness & Wellness Supervisor. IMPORTANT: EXPIRATION DATES Personal Training sessions expire six months after date-of purchase. Fitness Program Information Registration required for all programs. No drop-in. Participants must be 16+ years of age for group exercise classes, unless 12-15 yrs of age and accompanied by a guardian or successful completion of the Junior Fitness Orientation. For Junior Fitness Orientation inquiries, please contact Olivia Stuck, Fitness & Wellness Supervisor at ostuck@uaoh.net . Classes are 50 minutes, unless otherwise noted.
