With a mind-body approach focused on proper form, breath-work and recovery, she prioritizes sustainable progress while respecting each

Outside of training, Heidi enjoys time with friends, family and her adorable yet slightly naughty 10-pound dog. Rachel Hanna Hay Contact: 614-542-7698 or racheldigzumba@live.com Rachel Hanna Hay’s fitness journey began in 2009 with teaching group exercise classes like Zumba®, Circuit Training, Turbo Kick® and BODYPUMP™ and naturally progressed to becoming a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach in 2020. She holds certification from AFAA as a Certified Group Fitness Instructor. Rachel specializes in making gym environments more approachable
from Ohio University and an MS in Sport Management from Ohio Dominican University. An ISSA Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor since 2011, she also holds certifications in areas like Glute Specialist, Strength and Conditioning, Dance and Exercise Design for Seniors. Liz’s fitness philosophy centers on collaboration, believing that with the right support, anyone can

Rachel is mostly passionate about helping clients achieve meaningful health victories, from reducing medications to eliminating the need for walking aids, by making simple yet powerful changes in their fitness and nutrition habits. Outside of training Rachel enjoys outdoor adventures like hiking and kayaking.
