NATURE FOREST BATHING: A MINDFUL NATURE EXPERIENCE | 18+ YRS Katy Oberle Step away from the rush of daily life and into the calming embrace of the forest. Shinrin-yoku—“bathing in the air of the forest”—is the evidence-based practice of slowing down, noticing and reconnecting with the natural world. Guided invitations help you awaken your senses, savor the beauty around you and feel your own place in the larger web of life.
