Slow-paced table tennis offers a leisurely and relaxed version of the sport, perfect for those who prefer a laid back and fun approach to the game. This form of table tennis offers a casual and less demanding experience, enabling participants to socialize, keep physically active, and engage in friendly competition. Those with Alzheimer’s and dementia may find this session especially beneficial. Equipment provided; play is self-organized. Must register in advance for the fall season prior to attending. This presentation circles around reminiscing and exploring the senses to bring joy and happiness to a balanced aging life.
