MAH JONGG JUMP START! | 18+ YRS Carol Savage, Amy Sharpe Learn to Play American Mah Jongg in two classes! The first class teaches tiles, rules and layout of the game, as well as how to choose a hand. The second class furthers students’ understanding of strategy and an actual game is played. Please purchase the 2026 American Mah Jongg card from nationalmahjonggleague.org. Do you dream of writing a children’s book? The process can be overwhelming, but as a publisher of five children’s picture books, Andra has lots of helpful real-world advice. She discusses finding the right idea and provides useful tips on how to craft your story. Andra also shares her experiences about manuscripts, editors and finding the right illustrator and publisher.
