MINOR LEAGUE COACH PITCH BASEBALL | 5-7 YRS Bally Sports Group LLC Bally Sports Group Minor League Baseball is a great introduction to coach-pitch baseball for beginning players. Each class includes an instructional portion and a gameplay portion. Skills taught include batting, fielding, throwing and catching. Children can use a Tee during the game if they have difficulty hitting a pitched ball. Parent participation is welcomed in this program. A baseball glove is required for all participants. PICKLEBALL CAMP | 6-12 YRS Bally Sport Group LLC Learn the fastest growing sport in the area with Bally Sports Group! Each class includes instruction on techniques and concepts of gameplay. Participants learn how to hit forehands, backhands, dinks, overheads and serves. Participants also learn the rules of the game and basic strategy. Our program leaves children feeling excited about what they’ve learned and encourages them to continue with the sport while getting quality physical activity! Participants are encouraged but not required to have a paddle. All campers receive a soft fit camp shirt. Parents can expect an informational email about one Young campers have a ball at the Mini Sports Camp! Each day focuses on a different sport, including soccer, basketball, football, floor hockey, track and field and more. Instructors ensure campers participate in a well-supervised environment that promotes positive social interactions and emphasizes the importance of sportsmanship. Campers play camp games throughout the week and leave excited about the new skills that they learn. All campers receive a soft fit camp shirt. SUPERHERO BOOT CAMP | 3-9 YRS Amazing Athletes This camp is all about training to be your favorite superhero! To be a superhero means having strength, agility, balance, and speed. We focus on learning special superhero training skills through fun games and activities such as “jumping over hot lava,” “dodging fireballs,” “lightsaber training,” “scooter flying,” “ghostbuster tag,” and so many more. Being a superhero also means having compassion for society, a kind heart, and a willingness to do good and help others. These are qualities we discuss and talk about with our campers. This camp really encourages campers to be a superhero in everyday life! Campers should dress to be very active and bring a peanut free snack and water bottle each day. Full day campers in section B should also bring a peanut-free lunch. The Little Sluggers T-Ball Program provides your child with a fun and positive t-ball experience that encourages future participation. Parent participation is strongly encouraged to help the program run smoothly. A baseball glove is required for all participants.
