Spring Summer 2026 Activity Guide

GENERATION POUND | 6-12 YRS Robin Minette Generation Pound was created not just as a workout geared towards kids, but a MOVEMENT that aims to change the concept of health and fitness for today’s youth. The program fuses music and movement to improve focus, coordination, physical fitness and teamwork skills for “Rockstars in training.” Instructors use Ripstix, POUND’s lightly weighted exercise drumsticks, to learn alternative ways to explore movement. Combining kid-friendly choreography and group activities, it promotes social and emotional well-being by fostering relationships, building self-esteem and self-awareness and inspiring the next generation of happy, healthy kids. 222317 A 6-7 pm W 4/8-5/20 222317 B 6-7 pm W 5/27-7/8 222317 C 6-7 pm W 7/15-8/26 BCCC, Mezzanine, Group Exercise Room A $105 R-BCCC M | $126 NR O 7 sessions KARATE FITNESS | 12+ YRS Antares Karate Discover your inner warrior with a full-body functional workout that uses authentic martial art techniques and combinations.
