Track and field events include javelin, discus, shot put, hurdles, long jump, triple jump and various running and relay events. A high level/fun experience catered to helping kids fundamentally understand the game a little bit better than when they walked in door. Participants get ball handling drills, shooting drills and competitive play. Participants are split into age appropriate groups.
