Adult ADULT LEARNING THE BASICS SWIM LESSONS | 18+ YRS These swim lessons help participants gain basic aquatic skills and swimming strokes. Participants learn skills and concepts needed to stay safe in and around water and to help themselves or others in an aquatic emergency. No prerequisites. This is an American Red Cross Learn-to-Swim program. Aqua Zumba is a water-based exercise class that combines Zumba dance steps with aqua fitness. This “pool party” is a full body workout that’s high energy and low impact.
