Multi-Generational CYCLE UA | ALL AGES Recreation Staff Enjoy a family-friendly community bike ride through Upper Arlington, complete with built-in rest stops, parks and neighborhood views. This is a hybrid event, offering a large group event ride that includes a finish line celebration with snacks, games and music, or independent ride opportunities on your own time, over the span of a whole weekend. Courses in five-mile, 10-mile and 15-mile lengths available; all routes start and finish at Northam Park. Course map, directions and ride packets with coupons/swag available to all registered riders. Additionally, CoGo Bike Share has provided free annual memberships to all registrants; check your receipt for details and the redemption code. Cycle UA T-shirt included with registration before August 25; T-shirts not guaranteed with registration after August 25. Helmets are mandatory for all riders. Ages four and under are free (no shirt included), but must be registered in sections D or H. If you would like a shirt for your child, you need to register them for a course length. Pre-registration required for all riders. We are also looking for volunteers who can receive a free T-shirt if they sign up by August 25 and show up for their shift. The class covers adult, child and infant CPR. This class does not meet the certification requirements for anything related to Health Care Providers. Participants must be able to kneel. Optional training manual is available for $3; must be purchased in advance and can be picked up at the class. STRESS-LESS KIDZ | 9-12 YRS ENRICHING KIDZ
Our Stress-Less Kidz class helps your child learn more about ways to relax, feel calmer and at peace. This class helps your child understand both positive and negative stress and how anxiety can affect them physically, cognitively, socially and emotionally. This class focuses on stress management techniques, which include coping techniques, gratitude, mindfulness and self-soothing strategies. 232633 A 4-6 pm W 10/16-10/30 Senior Center Bldg 1, Rm 104 $115 R | $138 NR O 3 sessions ADULT AND ME YOGA | 3 MO-6 YRS The Balanced Child Method This is the perfect class to introduce babies, toddlers and young kiddos to yoga. We explore fun yoga poses and learn about breath and movement while incorporating fun yoga books. This is a great bonding experience for the kiddos with their caretakers. They are provided with poses, breathing techniques and bedtime stories to help decompress for the evening.
