This workshop helps participants improve efficient, healthy movement for lifting, running, swimming, and daily activity. Through guided instruction and demos, you learn practical strategies to move with better control and confidence while reducing injury risk. Following our time outside, we transition indoors to a 60-minute gentle mat yoga practice designed to open the body and heart, releasing tension while inviting in a sense of ease and gratitude.
