ACT & SAT BOOTCAMPS | 14-18 YRS Danielle Hobson For SAT: These high-intensity sessions deliver immediate, actionable strategies that students can apply to upcoming test dates (September through December). Participants gain technical proficiency with digital testing tools (for SAT) and high-yield pacing tricks. The community benefits from having a flexible, low commitment entry point for test prep, ensuring that even busy students can improve their scholarship eligibility and college readiness abilities. For ACT: Boost ACT performance during this high-impact three-hour cram session. Master essential pacing tricks and the “Strategy Over Content” philosophy to maximize scoring potential. This bootcamp serves as a final, intensive review before national test dates. Access to digital materials and the GroupMe communication line is included. Using specialized strategy frameworks students learn to navigate test sections efficiently including methods for time management and score optimization. The curriculum includes a digital pre-test before the first session and a post-test after the final class. Pre- and post-tests meet online to track progress. Includes Google Classroom access and all digital platforms; required textbook must be purchased available via Amazon prior to the first session. This program empowers local students to increase their college admissions competitiveness and qualify for merit based scholarships. By reducing test anxiety through strategic familiarization, participants gain confidence and critical thinking skills. Are you ready to educate your child about the responsibilities of being home alone? Our goal is to assist every student to feel more comfortable while home alone. This interactive course teaches topics such as First Aid, Self-Heimlich maneuver, reasons to call 911, fire escape plans, microwave safety and how to problem solve out of the ordinary situations. Does your child babysit their younger sibling? This class includes guest speakers from the local Police Division as your child learns the skills to be a Better Babysitter. All students receive their own first aid kit to take home.
