KPOP FOR KIDS | 5-11 YRS Po Chu

Learn dance basics, choreography, body coordination, and more all set to K-pop music! Each class consists of a warm-up, dance routine, and freestyle dance party at the end. K-pop is fun, happy and wholesome music that is perfect for kids. For the Sept/Oct program, we learn a spooky Kpop Demon Hunters “Your Idol” dance for Halloween. For the Nov/Dec program, we learn a jolly, jingly “Kpop Christmas” dance routine. Through theatre games, storytelling, improvisation and expressive movement, students strengthen their voices, imagination and stage presence while also developing important life skills like leadership and teamwork. No prior experience is necessary, just curiosity and a positive attitude! HANDPRINT CALENDARS | 3-8 YRS Gina Kolp Create a one-of-a-kind keepsake with your little one in this program. Families transform children’s handprints into a personalized calendar, designing a unique masterpiece for each month. Using acrylic paint (dress for mess!) and adding embellishments, each is brought to life. This special project becomes a meaningful gift and a lasting memory to display all year long. Program time is booked for 45 minutes maximum, but families are typically going to spend about 30 minutes creating each week. This also allows for the understanding that some nights are more challenging with littles and others that are super into the project.
