BALLET FOR BEGINNERS | 50+ YRS Irveline Evans You are never “too old” to learn ballet. This class is a non aggressive workout where we work on reaching and extending through our arms and legs helping us to build long-lean muscles, balance and good posture. Find the 20 reasons why a ballet workout is so beneficial to your body. Irveline Evans (former professional dancer with the Dutch National Ballet in Amsterdam) uses inspiring classical music, the French ballet terminology, demonstrates and dances with you, but does not expect all of us to look like swans (yet). Bring a small towel to dry off. Review your receipt for attire. 551314 A 11-11:50 am Tu 1/6-2/10 551314 B 11-11:50 am Tu 2/24-3/31 551314 C 11:30 am-12:20 pm Th 1/8-2/12 551314 D 11:30 am-12:20 pm Th 2/26-4/2 BCCC, Mezzanine, Group Exercise Room A $50 R-BCCC M | $60 NR O 6 sessions TAP DANCE FOR BEGINNERS | 50+ YRS Mary Bova-Ervin This beginning-level tap class for baby boomers and seniors teaches the fundamentals of tap using various techniques and styles.
