• The large event space can accommodate up to 250 guests (banquet style). • The Event Center can be split into three smaller spaces that can accommodate 42 to 56 people each seated classroom style, or 69 to 94 each seated in rows for a lecture or presentation. • South-facing outdoor patio/balcony overlooking the Downtown Columbus skyline and more. • Catering kitchen equipped to support food service for events. • Green Room to serve as a dressing room and/or pre-event space. • Audio-visual equipment. • Community Gallery by Loann Crane – featuring art exhibits showcasing regional artists. The gathering space can extend events or be used for remote work and lounge space. • The Event Center provides natural light with motorized shades. • Service elevator for food delivery, separate from guest entrance/access. • Alcohol permitted with the use of a Community Center permitted caterer. $150 service fee applies. • A dance floor is available to rent in the Event Center for an additional $250. Two rooms are necessary in order to reserve the dance floor due to the size of the space.
