Unless an earlier registration deadline or refund policy is listed, our regular cancellation policy requiring 5 full business days advance notice or more applies. Contact us no less than 5 full business days in advance or before the refund deadline to receive a refund or credit minus a $5 processing fee. Americans with Disabilities Act Policy Reasonable accommodations are made for travelers with disabilities. Travelers who require assistance must register a traveling companion at their expense to assist during the trip. If you are concerned about your ability to manage a trip, consult Senior Center Staff at 614-583-5320. Challenge 1 (Easy) Minimal walking/standing, may include some steps Challenge 2 (Moderate) Moderate walking/standing, may include stairs and/or uneven terrain Challenge 3 (Moderate Active) Longer walking/standing periods of time, quicker pace, includes stairs and/or more difficult terrain Challenge 4 (Challenging Active) Very active paced activity/program, extensive walking/standing, includes stairs/hills and/ or extended outdoor weather exposure Note: Most trips allow travelers to remain on the bus if individuals find a location too challenging.
