We must learn to have curious and courteous conversations with people we disagree with. This is not easy. We are pushed into picking a side, dividing people into us and them, but if we exchange ideas, without abandoning our beliefs, we discover common values and concerns. Learn how to disagree more courteously, how to build unity and how to elicit more civility from your fellow man.
