HIGH LEVEL HOOPS - BASKETBALL CLINIC 5-14 YRS Ryze Athletics Join UA Parks and Rec in a one-day basketball camp featuring top local coaches Matt Weikert, John Wanke, Matt Biedenbach, Brian Cromwell and Eric Van Cleave. A high level/fun experience catered to helping kids fundamentally understand the game a little bit better than when they walked in door. Participants experience ball handling drills, shooting drills and competitive play. Participants are assigned to age appropriate groups. Players are taught the fundamentals of dribbling, shooting, passing, rebounding, defense, and the concept of game play. The curriculum incorporates teaching styles that help this age group build an understanding of the skills that are taught by utilizing fun terminology and engaging activities. An encouraging atmosphere is created where kids learn proper sportsmanship. Our coaches are trained to provide constant encouragement, constructive feedback, and to implement modifications for each skill that is taught and promotes sportsmanship, respect, teamwork, positive social interactions and the enjoyment of physical activity. *Bally Sports is a contracted program provider for Spring Break Camp. LEARN TO VOLLEY | 8-12 YRS Bally Sports Group, LLC

Have a great time learning the sport of volleyball in the Bally Sports Group Volleyball Program! Throughout the duration of the program, participants learn a wide variety of skills including passing, setting, blocking, and serving. Older players also work on spiking. Each week includes modified games that help players learn spacing on the volleyball court, communication with teammates, and moving to the ball. Through fencing instruction and a variety of games to enhance physical and mental skills, participants learn good techniques sportsmanship, and have lots of fun. All equipment is provided. To be a superhero means having strength, agility, balance and speed. We focus on learning special superhero training skills through fun games and activities each day! Being a superhero also means having compassion for society, a kind heart, and a willingness to help others. These are qualities we discuss with our campers. This camp really encourages campers to be a superhero in everyday life! Campers should dress to be very active and bring a peanut free snack and water bottle each day.
