Are you a family or volunteer caregiver? Connect with others in your community to learn and share experiences. This group is led by a clinician with years of experience in supporting caregivers. FILE OF LIFE Free and available by calling 614-583-5326 The File of Life is a small magnetic pouch that contains helpful medical and emergency contact information that is placed on your refrigerator for easy access by medics during health emergencies. I AM FINE TELEPHONE CHECK-IN SYSTEM Call 614-583-5326 for more information and/or to enroll “I Am Fine” is a computerized telephone check-in call which is customizable to meet your needs. UA Village (UAV) is a project of the UACOA. Serving the older residents of UA, UA Village is a membership-based program that, through volunteer and other resources, works to help the older residents of Upper Arlington stay and thrive in the homes and neighborhoods they love.
