OPEN PLAY PICKLEBALL EVENING SESSIONS | 18+ YRS Volunteer Led

Registrants should meet the ratings listed below according to the USA Pickleball Association Player Skill Ratings rubric. Pre registration required. Register for the whole session; no enroll by date. Limited availability of paddles and balls; bringing your own is recommended. Play is self-organized. No rain makeup dates; refunds issued for any cancelled days. Registered players are provided a sub list to help find subs should they need one. To become a sub, register for the “Pickleball Open Play Sub List” (442997 A) at no cost. 0-2.5 Developmental Open Play Pickleball - Thursday Night 442965 A 6-8 pm Th 5/7-6/25 (8 sessions) 442965 B 6-8 pm Th 7/2-8/27 (9 sessions) Thompson Park Tennis Courts 3.5+ Intermediate Open Play Pickleball - Tuesday Night 442905 A 6-8 pm Tu 5/5-6/30 (9 sessions) 442905 B 6-8 pm Tu 7/7-8/25 (8 sessions) 3.0+ Intermediate Open Play Pickleball - Sunday Night 442998 A 6-8 pm Su 5/3-6/28 (skip 5/24) (8 sessions) 442998 B 6-8 pm Su 7/5-8/30 (9 sessions) This league consists of coed pickleball teams that play on Sundays, traveling for matches throughout Central Ohio. Start times for matches vary and start between 11 am-3 pm at the various locations. Home matches are played at Thompson Park. On rain dates, matches take place indoors; nominal entrance fee may apply for indoor play. Matches are held May 31 to July 26. There are no matches July 5 due to the holiday weekend. A play-off of the top teams in each division level takes place on August 2. There are four different levels based on skill level. To self-rate, visit the USA Pickleball website and view the Player Skill Ratings rubric. Couples welcome on the same team but each person must register individually. Limited team roster availability.
