RACHEL HANNA HAY Email: racheldigszumba@live.com Rachel’s fitness journey began in 2009 with teaching group exercise classes like Zumba®, Circuit Training, Turbo Kick® and BODYPUMP™, and naturally progressed to becoming a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach in 2020. She holds certification from AFAA as a Certified Group Fitness Instructor. Rachel specializes in making gym environments more approachable and focusing on building strength, core stability, flexibility and balance for everyday activities. LIZ QUINN Email: Lizquinnfit@gmail.com Liz holds a BS in Recreation Studies from Ohio University and an MS in Sport Management from Ohio Dominican University. An ISSA Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor since 2011, she also holds certifications in areas like Glute Specialist, Strength and Conditioning, Dance and Exercise Design for Seniors. Liz’s fitness philosophy centers on collaboration, believing that with the right support, anyone can achieve their fitness goals, no matter the challenges. Liz enjoys running and participating in half marathons, dance and aerial arts, many hobbies and spending time with family and friends. She specializes in mobility, strength, and power development for women, as well as basketball footwork skills training for basketball players, and rotational strength and power development for rotational athletes.

She graduated from Upper Arlington High School and went on to complete a degree in Finance from the University of Dayton. She has always loved health and wellness and enjoys getting to be a personal trainer and group fitness coach outside of her full time job in wealth management. She specializes in weight-lifting and enjoys helping clients feel confident through strength training. As someone who discovered fitness later in life, she personally understands the mental and physical hurdles that come with making lifestyle changes. That perspective is balanced with her experience working at the YMCA and certifications as a NASM Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach and Behavioral Change Specialist. Outside of the gym, she stays active through competitive gravel cycling, Mountain biking, equestrian sports and duathlons. KELLI MARTIN Email: kelli4antilabel@gmail.com Kelli is an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer and ACE Certified Nutrition Coach with over eight years of experience helping clients build strength, energy and confidence that lasts well beyond the workout. She’s known for meeting people where they are, making fitness a little more fun and celebrating every win—whether it’s an extra rep, a small bump in weight, or a smarter food choice. When she’s not training, she’s at her sewing machine making one of-a-kind clothing—because balance means lifting heavy and knowing how to hem your own pants.
