Pickleball Courts

The City offers several pickleball options, including six dedicated courts at Northam Park. Four courts are reservable by residents, while two remain open for first-come, first-served play. Fancyburg Park and Thompson Park each feature four multi-use tennis courts with permanent nets, pickleball striping for eight courts, and four movable pickleball nets; players may bring personal nets if needed. Players should bring their own paddles and balls. The courts also feature a paddle rack to help manage player rotation. When not reserved, courts are available on a first-come, first served basis. Northam Park Pickleball Court reservations are free, available April 1–October 31 from sunrise to 8 pm, open daily at Noon seven days in advance, and limited to two 60-minute slots per
