Pass Information Tennis pass fees have been reduced by 40% due to a modified season. R - Resident must live or work in Upper Arlington. Please provide a copy of a utility bill, lease, deed, paycheck or tax record. NR - Non-Resident Aquatics - Membership provides unlimited access to all three aquatic facilities. Household - Maximum of two adults and/or their dependent children. All pass holders must live at the same address. Children ages 2 yrs. & under are free and are not included in a household membership. Senior - Valid for members age 60 yrs. and over.

Dependent Children - Unmarried, under 24 years, living at home or foster children with verification. Special needs adults that are not independent qualify. Add-on - For the fifth household member and each additional member after that. Add-ons must meet the established criteria to be considered. Child Caregiver - An individual employed by the family to provide extended childcare to the family’s child or children. Limit one (1) child caregiver pass per household. Junior - Ages 10-17
