Due to the nature and timing for filling waitlist spots, it is important that you respond as soon as possible to secure your place in the program. Program Refunds: If you cancel – To cancel a registration, you must provide a written statement by email to parks@uaoh.net or mail to UA Parks & Rec. Instructors are not authorized to issue refunds or credits. Missed programs – Due to the structure of our programming, we cannot provide make ups for missed sessions or programs. Refunds for 50+ Travel are handled on a case-by-case basis.
