Receive resourceful information and participate in group discussions led by field expert presenters. The focus of the group is to socially connect and learn from professionals who provide practical and resourceful information so we can thrive and not merely survive daily life. Led by Community Support Specialists from Syntero, this group also shares coping strategies to decrease feelings of isolation and anxiety, among other challenges. This is a relaxed and enjoyable forum which encourages participation among attendees.
