Personal Training Cancellation Policy We understand cancellations may be necessary from time to time. Cancellations of personal training appointments made five full business days prior to the date of the appointment may be rescheduled without penalty. Cancellations made within the five business days prior to the date of the appointment are not refunded or credited. If you are unable to participate due to a personal medical condition, we can consider your request for a refund or credit (less a $5 processing fee) if you provide our office with a physician’s statement on official letterhead stating the medical condition and restrictions.
