Multi-Generational COMMUNITY CPR: HEARTSAVER/AED 10+ YRS UA Fire Division Earn American Heart Association certification in both CPR and the use of an AED (Automated External Defibrillator). The class covers adult, child and infant CPR. This class does not meet the certification requirements for anything related to Health Care Providers. Participants must be able to kneel. Optional training manual is available for $3; must be purchased in advance and can be picked up at the class. 443330 A 6-8:30 pm W 10/4 443330 B 6-8:30 pm W 12/6 Fire Station 72 $35 CYCLE UA | ALL AGES Enjoy a family-friendly community bike ride through Upper Arlington complete with built-in rest stops, parks and neighborhood views. This is a hybrid event offering a large group event ride or independent ride opportunities. Take part in the large group event and join in the finish line celebration with snacks, games and music, or enjoy the ride on your own time over the span of a whole weekend. Courses in 5-mile, 10-mile and 15-mile lengths available; all routes start and finish at Northam Park. Course map, directions and ride packets with coupons/swag available to all registered riders. Additionally, this year CoGo Bike Share has provided free annual memberships to all registrants; check your receipt for details and the redemption code. Cycle UA T-shirt included with registration before September 8; T-shirts not guaranteed with registration after September 8. Helmets are mandatory for all riders. Ages 4 and under are free (no shirt included), but must be registered in sections D or H. If you would like a shirt for your child, you need to register them for a course length. Pre-registration required for all riders. Cycle UA registration opens on July 19 at 8 am, before seasonal registration begins. We are also looking for volunteers who can receive a free T-shirt if they sign up by September 8 and show up for their shift. Youth ADULT AND ME YOGA | 3 MOS–5 YRS The Balanced Child Method This is the perfect class to introduce babies, toddlers and young kiddos to yoga. We explore fun yoga poses and learn about breath and movement while incorporating fun yoga books. This is a great bonding experience for the kiddos with their caretakers. Great for all energy level kiddos and helps build a foundation of yoga tools to use as they get older.
