SEE THE SHOE: OHIO STATE FOOTBALL STADIUM TOUR | 50+ YRS Recreation Staff Go behind the scenes at the Ohio Stadium on a guided tour to explore “the Horseshoe” in greater depth than a typical fan. Highlights include visiting the Yassenoff Recruit Center, the suites on the Huntington Club Level, one of the nation’s largest collegiate press boxes, the $1.5 million Steinbrenner Band Center, home to the “Best Damn Band in the Land.” Additionally, enjoy walking the same sidelines where Woody once roamed, Archie made history and where the Buckeyes have battled since 1922. After the tour, enjoy time to grab lunch at either Varsity Club or Panera Bread and browse the vast collection of Ohio State apparel, decor and accessories next door at College Traditions. Lunch and shopping is on your own. Registration includes tour and transportation to and from the Senior Center in our 14-passenger shuttle bus. Challenge level 3 . Register by

CANDLE POURING & GIFT SHOPPING 50+ YRS Recreation Staff Whether you are preparing for the holidays or just want to enjoy candle pouring and gift shopping, this local trip provides a fun outing! We start at Penn & Beech Candle Co. in Worthington where Scent Specialists lead us through the process of creating our own custom-scented 8 oz. candle! Once poured and mixed, the candles set for a couple of hours as we head off to enjoy lunch a nearby restaurant of your choice and a bit of time for shopping nearby. Several shops are nearby including Fritzy Jacobs gift shop, House Wine, Vernacular clothing boutique and more or enjoy a treat at Graeter’s Ice Cream or Peace, Love and Little Donuts. We head back to pick up our candles before we head home. Lunch is on your own. Registration includes an 8 oz. personalized candle and transportation to and from the Senior Center in our 14-passenger shuttle bus. Challenge level 2 . Unless an earlier registration deadline or refund policy is listed, our regular cancellation policy requiring 5 full business days advance notice or more applies.
