YOGABILITY | 12-20 YRS Tirzah Wise
Hatha yoga is an empowering practice connecting mind, body, and spirit. In this class, students move through poses designed to increase strength, flexibility, and balance. Poses are adapted for all levels of experience and abilities. This small group class emphasizes functional movement, balance, and endurance in a supportive, adaptable environment. Each session combines guided strength-building activities with heart-healthy cardio, tailored to individual abilities. Ideal for participants of all fitness levels looking to build confidence, increase energy, and enhance daily mobility all while having fun and connecting with others. Program Accommodations All our programs are open to all and inclusive to those with disabilities. As we look to expand our adaptive program offerings, please feel free to share your thoughts and feedback with us. Youth New from The Balanced Child Method! This inclusive class welcomes everyone ages 8 and up. Each session focuses on breathwork, mindfulness, and multi-sensory activities to support self-esteem, social skills, communication, balance, and concentration…all while encouraging physical activity in a fun and engaging way. No prior yoga experience necessary.
